Travelling Tutors in Dubai
Want to learn and have your own group of 4? We’ll come to you.
Our Travelling Tutors service is designed for complete beginners who want to learn Mahjong in the comfort of their home, at the office, or at a venue of their choice.
Each booking is a four-lesson package, with 2 hours of guided teaching and play per lesson, designed to help your group build confidence and enjoy the game together.
Minimum 4 players per group
700 AED per person
A non refundable deposit of 700 AED will be required to to reserve your slots. The balance of 2100 AED will be collected after your first lesson.
Perfect for friends, family, birthdays, team socials, and private events.

Workshops in Dubai
Want to learn Mahjong, but don’t have a group?
You’re in the right place. Our beginner Workshops are designed for anyone who wants to learn Taiwanese Mahjong in a fun, social, and supportive setting. Perfect for individual players, duos, or trios, these Workshops are ideal for those who don’t yet have a full group of four to learn with.
Led by Nina Lau, founder of The Mahjong Boutique and author of The Mahjong Boutique Handbook, each course is designed to take you from complete beginner to confident player.
Workshops run biweekly and take place over four sessions in one week, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, at our venue in Al Furjan.
